I get my hair done with Rebecca every 6 weeks and is always a enjoyable experience. She is the only one I trust to do bright colours on my hair and love consultations as we have exciting ideas.

Poor customer service. She was very careful with trimming the back of my head, but when she moved on to the side she just cut a chunk of my hair without even asking. She "assumed I want a straight line". She didn't even see that my Bob cut is angled. I don't wear my hair shorter than the jawline, it's now an inch above the jawline. Fringe is uneven, so is the straight line she aimed for.

I liked going to replay .mona is lovely.my hair is great.should had more cut off.didnt like the fact mona was stop starting all the time. not my kind of day at the hairdressers. more constrate would solve this issue.
