I was originally booked for a perm. After checking a sample of my hair, the owner told me she couldn’t do it as my hair was “too weak”- likely caused by the poor quality product used. I’ve been having perms for the past 15 years and never had this issue. I then decided to have a haircut and blow dry which was a disaster. Hair wash was painful as the lady was carelessly pulling my hair, cut was just a very quick trim and hair isn’t even, after the blow dry the hair was as flat as a pancake.
