Ending was really really good!! I have never been there before and she made me feel so comfortable. She did a consultation with me and helped me decided what i wanted. On top of that she had good service skills, we chatted, laughed and had a good conversation. Made me feel really comfortable as I was nervous. I am really happy with my hair and will be back next month to have more highlights. I hope I am lucky to have her do my hair next time.

Sophie was very nice and listened to what I wanted done. She checked details with me along the way, and did all she could to deliver a professional cut and finish 🙂
