Whenever I have been to Celly's I have had an e cellent cut and colour. Staff see extremely thorough and knowledgeable but really friendly, not stuck up like some can be.
Definitely would recommend to anyone. Dont think because a budget salon that you won't receive an excellent service.
The staff were very friendly and helpful with myself and my mum thay made us feel at ease it was lovely to see them all again highly recommend them
Ellen was exceptional, felt totally at ease in the salon, hand sanitizer easy available, would definitely recommend.
