It say out side and in window everything 14.00
I was charged 25 for cut and Blow dry if it's not everything 14.00 then it should be taken out of the windows and from above door

Yesterday I had an exceptional experience at Celly's in Cardiff. My stylist Ellen made me feel welcome and relaxed. She is a truly lovely individual who did a fabulous job on my hair which was an in depth double colour and restyle. I left feeling wonderful. I can not recommend Ellen and the salon enough. Thank you

Ellen is so kind. I arrived in a fluster as I had problems with traffic, and she was so reassuring. She was so accommodating and the colour and cut were, as ever, spot on. Highly recommend.

Delighted to return to the salon...never ever been less than very satisfied. The new restrictions were in place and I felt very safe. Tried a new colour and was very pleased with it, too!! Ellen knows me well and knows just what to do...I just let her get on with it, I have that much faith in her!!!
