Had my first balayage done with Ellen and she made me feel really comfortable and she talked with me to ensure she knew exactly what i wanted. Ellen payed very close attention to detail and kept talking me through what she was doing. My hair turned out perfect and exactly what I wanted. I am so happy with my hair and the overall experience i had with Ellen at Cellys.
