Had a booking for 11 and was asked to wait because stylist was running late. One hour after arriving had my hair washed by another stylist, when Ellen eventually left her other customer was told the reason for the delay was because her first customer who arrived at 9 had changed her mind about what she wanted done so Ellen thought it was ok to keep me waiting for over an hour to satisfy the first customer. I was disgusted with the way I was treated you could have sent a text or e-mail.
Megan was very pleasant and made me very comfortable I feel very relaxed when I'm there
Very pleased with blow dry and straightening. My hair felt so good. Highly recommend.
