I have been going to cellys for 8 years now all the staff are lovely they always do an excellent job on my hair they are all very nice to me cellys has had a little face-lift lately it is lovely how cellys has been done out this time I changed my hair colour from brown to red I go 4 times a year next time I'll go in 4 months will be for roots and ends straight
