My hairdresser was so nice and know what she was doing,
BUT
Another hairdresser didn’t have a face mask on the hole time I was there, at the same time the owner off the salon was there. That is not acceptable since more and more are getting Covid and the government has put out rules to be followed.

My hair was washed in such a rough and rushed way, my scalp still hurts now. The service felt rushed and Sophie kept looking at her coworker and seeming bothered about having to cut my hair. The end result was okay, but the experience was definetely not worth it. Rest of the staff were nice and friendly, and her colleague was talking to her customer and taking the time to wash her hair. I was not going to complain about it here, until I noticed other similar reviews. Would not return:/
