The nail technician was lovely and the salon is nice, but unfortunately my gel polish is messy and uneven. I would have asked for it to be done again from scratch as my nails weren’t prepped properly resulting in a lumpy finish, but I didn’t have time so I left disappointed.

Endija, is talented, helpful, & great with colour. I always look forward to having my hair done with her. She is friendly & fun yet professional.

On entering the salon I was asked to take a seat and told we'll be with you soon. After about 10 mins I'm invited over. I'm asked what I would like so I explained, when I requested a zero fade I felt a bit judged...like are you sure???
At the end of the cut I thought my hair wasn't washed at the start as per the appointment I booked. I left feeling let down and disappointed with the service. I would like to speak to someone regarding this but it seems hard to contact someone.
