I asked for no layers but we’re given extremely short choppy layers, she also took off a lot more than we agreed and has really thinned out the ends of my hair without asking me if it was okay to do so when I’m trying to grow my hair and like the blunt look at the ends

I have been coming to Replay for 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else
I love the staff, especially Andy and Becca who are my usual hairdressers.
It was the 1st time Monica has done my hair,but she has done a fantastic job.
I will be coming back in a few weeks.

Feel like my hair was literally hacked. I like short hair but the cut is very uneven with short and long bits. Not like the photo I showed. My hair is thin but now have gaps too. Dreading what it will look like when the colour starts growing out!
