I showed the hair colour I wanted, and they said it should be okay, on the day of the appointment they offered me semi-permanent colour which I refused and charged me extra for permanent colour. I didn't get the colour I wanted and I hope it fades to the light pink I wanted as they promised. bleaching was very good and next time i'll be bringing my hair dye, which I know can get me the results I wanted.
