I showed the hair colour I wanted, and they said it should be okay, on the day of the appointment they offered me semi-permanent colour which I refused and charged me extra for permanent colour. I didn't get the colour I wanted and I hope it fades to the light pink I wanted as they promised. bleaching was very good and next time i'll be bringing my hair dye, which I know can get me the results I wanted.

Everything was great and the 'trim' was just right! Thanks Rebecca - you do have 6 stars this week despite sitting in a chair that felt like a lift, ie up and down!
