I don’t think the stylist I had was Sophie as not the same person in the photo but I wouldn’t know as my first time there and she didn’t introduce herself to me. My first experience here wasn’t enjoyable. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I feel I should be honest. I was greeted by someone on reception who didn’t smile once wasn’t very welcoming at all. My stylist whoever it was had the same vibe, both looked miserable and didn’t want to be there, not chatty or welcoming :(
