Amazing staff and salon. I've been coming here for years and its always a great experience. Rebecca and Endija have been especially great with creating whatever wild colour I dream up next. As well as all the normal cutting, styling etc! Everyone is friendly and takes the time to make you feel welcome and at home. Wouldn't go anywhere else !

Venue very quiet.
Yes, welcoming staff member only I think because it was quiet!
Anastasia proceeded to wash my hair however not much communication.
Shampoo in my eyes, down my back and front. Then water spray in my ears!
She attempted to " massage" my head....dont let her. This was boulder line torture....painful!
glad when stopped!
Hair cut ok but again no banter, no communication, no atmosphere in salon.
At the end ,I had to ask for a brush to get hair off face.
Cash only salon.

On entering, i was told several times that the luxury pedicure didn’t involve polish and if I wanted it I could upgrade and pay an extra £18 for a gel pedi too. I decided against it due to the cost and just stuck with the luxury pedicure I already paid for. It’s disappointing to now see polish is listed in the description for this service. The foot spa/soak was electric and not turned on, so not the experience it could have been. My feet do feel soft after the hand treatment & wrap used on them
