Everytime I go into Replay there is a lovely atmosphere. My daughter has been here for her past few haircuts and loves to be pampered. They are always so careful and reassuring when doing haircuts.

There was a mistake made when I paid but I contacted the salon when I got home and they agreed. Said they will credit the refund against my next booking. Good result.
