Martine was quite rude from the get go immediately asking if I struggle with greasy hair and before I could answer, told me she knew I did by the state of it. She then proceeded to tell me I wasn't washing my hair properly so she'd show me how to do it. I was having a bad day and came for a haircut to cheer myself up and this just made me feel worse. I felt humiliated. When I got home, I dried and straightened my hair and the cut is awful. My hair is different lengths and wonky.

Place seemed empty & without atmosphere. Perhaps it needs something to cheer it up. Eg smell of coffee? An auto-coffee machine (I’d have bought one while waiting for my appointment).
