Jude is probably the best massage therapist I have ever come across. I have had massages all over the world and I would say by far this was the best experience. I also bought a package as I want to visit regularly.
Deep Tissue Massage
I want to express my gratitude in discovering Renuvenate. I took my mother to her 3rd session which included an incredible full body massage that included hot stones, cupping, and Cryotherapy, she can't praise Jude enough! He was exceptional at identifying areas she didn’t even realise had issues, like her right hip joint.
She’s already feeling so much better, with increased mobility and a significant reduction in my sciatica pain. I would recommend there services! Thank you!
