I’m Guilherme, a dedicated therapist with a passion for helping people move better, feel better, and perform at their best. With a background as both a student osteopath and a qualified sports massage therapist, I specialise in delivering tailored treatments that support your unique needs — whether that’s reducing pain, improving mobility, enhancing recovery, or optimising overall physical wellbeing. Drawing from years of experience playing football at a competitive level, I understand the physical and mental demands of sport, as well as the importance of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance-focused care.
