Mehdi is quite frankly a magician!
I went to Mehdi 4 weeks before the London Marathon with pain in my achilles and calves. Not only did he relieve all the pain but I ran a completely painfree 26.2 miles. Frankly, I wouldn't have been able to do it without him.
He is personable, knowledgable, professional and kind.
I now regularly see Mehdi and will continue to. Can not recommend him more highly!

Excellent treatment again from Jade and Medhi (physiotherapist) who helped look at a running injury I had sustained. A really great team at Renuvenate!
Deep Tissue Massage
Visited with a very tight neck and shoulders, couldn't really turn my head to one side fully. Had a 30 minute treatment and felt great left with slightly more movement and tension relieved.
Coming back soon to work on my sciatica.
