Really disappointed. My appointment got pushed back by 30mins on the day of booking- I was flexible as was assured I would still finish on time though. I got highlights and asked to go for a darker honey that looked natural but unfortunatly got block colours and very blond roots. The saloon did offer for me to go back and get it fixed but I’m afraid I have lost trust in what they could do and the time management. Unfortunately dispite not getting a full blow dry (as I didn’t have enough time) and crying in the shop there was no form or refund.
