Very nice atmosphere. Staff seemed rushed off their feet. I waited at reception by myself for 10mins before anyone came out. Treatment was too slow for me. I'm used to being in and out within 15/20mins due to not having much to remove after so many years. However I was finished after 35 minutes. Woman was very nice and chatty. Treatment was done well but just slow so at times it was painful which it hasn't been in years for me. Would go back and try spa treatments but not sure I would return for waxing.

All staff were warm, pleasant and welcoming. Emma is lovely, friendly and efficient and did a brilliant job of my waxing and eyebrows. The new Salon is bright, tasteful and spotlessly clean.
Would definitely recommend.
