Would highly recommend Nelly if you’re after an experienced and talented result. An absolute perfectionist who exceeded all expectations ( which were high) and left me shocked with how beautiful and natural the results of my eyebrows were . From the shades used to compliment my skin tone to the placement of each hair stroke , absolutely amazing. Spotless yet so welcoming and cozy , would highly recommend Nelly without hesitation if you’re after perfection…
