The most painful and poor quality waxing that I’ve ever had. 2.5 hours for leg/bikini wax - usually takes <1.5. Blobs of wax left all over my legs/bikini area despite her trying to scratch them off with her nails, poor temperature control of wax, areas of hair missed on my legs (seen after I’d left, I just wanted to get out of there at the end), hairs torn partially out slowly in small clumps hence the pain. I wonder what training had been completed. Horrific experience
