I have been in so much pain with my neck lately, doctors and physio unable to help with immediate pain relief, apart from more drugs. I booked in a deep tissue massage with Shenali, who was so skilled and knew exactly where I needed the massage.
It was painful, but worth it, I actually walked out of there feeling already relieved in my previously tense shoulders and neck.
It felt like two bricks had been lifted off my shoulders. I had an amazing sleep & will deffo book regular massages!!!
