Had a nice afternoon at the Rena spa, friendly staff, good sized pool. It’s a shame there’s no space to sit after a swim but apart from that, it was a nice spot to escape to for an afternoon
Treatments were lovely & the staff member who did my treatment was very sweet. However the location is TERRIBLE. There is literally no signage from the floor to the spa, also no staff at the reception to aid with guidance. Initially a stressful situation trying to locate the spa but the massage was good.
Perfect stay, amazing facilities and lovely staff. Felt very welcome and very relaxed after having a treatment. Would recommend!
Only bad thing was when checking in there was some confusion as to how we had booked but it just meant the hotel had to create a reservation and cross charge to Treatwell. Otherwise was a perfect stay!
The massages we booked were really enjoyable and staff of the spa is lovely ! We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and the breakfast buffet had big variety of choices for omnivores and vegetarians, unfortunately not as many vegan options. All in all we would definitely be back and are already planning another spa weekend in autumn !
