Lovely venue and staff. Pool area is quite small so can get a bit busy. The relaxation room is lovely and spacious though.

The staff are very friendly when arriving, giving you all the information you need and making you feel relaxed before anything has begun. The changing facilities are good and clean although we were told to find an open locker with a towel in which was quite hard to do with out opening almost every locker, most of which had other peoples stuff in as they didn't lock them properly (complicated system) also finding a locker that didn't have a broken lock was a challenge. Pool is smaller than I would like but nice for a quick dip, the Jacuzzi was nice to sit in when it wasn't running but once the jets were turned on it was actually quite unpleasant. The jets are st too high and powerful and the water was bouncing up into your face instead of massaging your body. Taken through for our chosen treatment, again staff were great and the facilities good. we both enjoyed our 55 minute treatments and the relaxation room after. when we emerged our afternoon Tea was waiting for us and we were shown straight to our table. We had seen them on the way in and I was concerned about their location in the entrance but the screening works great and it's actually quite a pleasant space. The afternoon tea was a good size, but the sandwiches let it down a little with the over soft filings and tinned fish. With hair dryers and straighteners available to get ready after you get get out intot he city to shop or continue into the night with no worries.

Nice spa, limited facilities, pool was not warm enough and jucuzzi was cold and didnt seem to be working properly. One of the settings on the tropical shower was not working either. Nice day out but was bit bored in between treatments as pool and jacuzzi were too cold to spend time in, On the plus side the therapist was great, had an amazing facial and skin felt great after. The spa lunch was really very good.
