It is a lovely SPA with a good swimming pool and saunas, although a jacuzzi would be a great added benefit no doubt. Overall very calm and relaxing atmosphere.
In the beginning I experienced very warm welcome and I've got all of the necessary information. The receptionist was really polite and happy to help. Before my treatment I used the lovely facilities such as pool, sauna and steam room.
That made me already very relaxed, My treatment was absolutely perfect and the therapist Serena was very professional and lovely. I will definitely get back to this spa and I highly recommend this place for a relaxing day!
The atmosphere was completely spoilt by banging, drilling and a vacuum clear being used. I wish I was joking.
I was relaxing by the pool and staff entered a room right next to the pool making a lot of noise banging. Then later there was drilling and later still a vacuum. It really spoilt my experience. I assume there was a problem, which I understand, but no one said anything to clients.
The facilities are okay, there are not many places to relax out of the main area but it was okay,
Nice spa for a good price in London! Shame they didn't have a jacuzzi and we didn't bring slippers as they mentioned they would be provided but were out of stock. We had massage and facial which were both great. The women's changing room is quite small though. Overall, would recommend
