Kelly is so reassuring and efficient and gives you professional advice on what will suit you.
Its was also a lovely touch when you are given a few cups of tea and biscuits - so thoughtful.

Great attention to detail both with the hair cut and wash. I could tell the hairdresser was highly experienced by her speed and just sheer confidence. Friendly, welcoming, I was offered a hot drink and just the right amount of conversation. If I wasn’t leaving the UK I would return.
