Recently booked to come in with my sister to have her hair done as a treat. Amy was absolutely fabulous and all the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I will definitely be back to have my own done. Highly recommend.

I asked for a long bob cut to my shoulders. It is much shorter than what I asked for so I was disappointed. I didn't like the length or the way it was styled. It was tucked under which I personally just don't like (I later realised it was probably styled that way to hide the cut). I went home and washed and straightened it. The cut is awful. It is uneven and there are chunks cut out of it. It is too short to even tie back. It is upsetting.
