Not happy with the colour of my roots turning yellow.
Tried to contact the salon to resolve this but they would like to charge me another £68 on top of the £96 to fix.
I wish someone had advised me before the treatment that the roots will be yellow and I wouldn't have this matched to the bottom. It's been blamed on my purple shampoo and the fact that other clients don't like high volum of bleach applied so this also applies to me. Wish someone could have explained this before the taking my money
