The treatment room was small, but the massage was very relaxing and overall experience very good.

Sophie was great. Listened to the areas I wanted to focus on for the massage and checked a few times if I was happy with the pressure. Great location next to Clapham South tube station if you are a commuter and want to avoid a detour on way home. The Bellissima clinic also smells great when you walk in - reminded me of the lobby of Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Bangkok!

After completing a half marathon I went to see Sophie for a sports massage. The clinic was welcoming and calming and Sophie instantly made me feel relaxed as we talked through what I wanted to get from the treatment. Sophie really listened to what I do and don’t like from a massage and tailored her approach, it felt great to get such a personalised treatment. There were lovely little touches in her treatment room, it was clear every detail had been carefully thought about. I had a 1 hour sports massage and Sophie also worked on getting a few knots out of my shoulders whilst I was there. I left feeling like I had a new pair of legs and totally relaxed! Thank you, I’ll be back!
The therpist was professional and attentive, at the end of the massage my neck and back felt immediately less stiff, definitely a positive experience
