Tawanda is absolutely outstanding! I’ve been seeing him for the last four years, and as a 400m runner, I can honestly say his sports massages have been a crucial part of my training and recovery. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, always professional, and knows exactly how to target problem areas. Every session leaves me feeling looser, stronger, and ready to perform at my best. I can’t recommend Tawanda highly enough!
