Hello and welcome — it’s really lovely to have you here. This is your space to slow down, breathe, and be looked after. Whether you’re feeling tense, tired, overwhelmed or just in need of a bit of time for yourself, each treatment is tailored to what your body needs on the day. My approach is gentle, intuitive and never rushed. I don’t follow a strict routine — I listen to your body and work in a way that helps you fully switch off and feel supported throughout. Living with rheumatoid arthritis has taught me how important it is to pause, to take care of yourself, and not wait until your body is already exhausted. That understanding is something I bring into every treatment. With nearly 17 years of experience and over 15,000 treatments, you’re in safe hands. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more like yourself again. There is something here for every stage of life — from gentle, nurturing treatments for babies, to support during pregnancy and postnatal recovery, and space for busy women (and anyone who needs it) to rest and reset. If your body has been asking for a bit of pause, you’re very welcome to book a time that suits you — I’ll take care of the rest. Tucked inside Ghost Hair Salon, Relax-therapy is headed up by reflexologist & massage therapist Beata Kallai-Kelbert (41, originally from Hungary) who established this cosy treatment room back in April 2012.
Bea is a good listener. She is an animal lover. She is got an auto-immune condition called rheumatoid arthritis. She can not image her life without helping people with reflexology and massage therapies.
Her impressive portfolio of qualifications covers everything from Swedish massage, Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage and reflexology for pregnancy as well as de-stress Facial, Hot Stone therapy, Massage in Oncology care and advanced techniques for pain relief and balance endocrine system. Bea is also qualified Baby Massage and Reflexology instructor.
