I visited Alison today for the all day pamper package. When I arrived, I immediately felt welcome and at ease. Alison is so warm and friendly. We spent half an hour at the start chatting generally and undertaking a consultation and discussing the treatments. I then spent 3 hours on the bed having the lava shell massage, the foot massage, the facial, and the head massage. Some of the treatment we spent chatting, and some I spent in a lovely, peaceful meditative state! I got on really well with Alison, it was easy to chat, and the treatments themselves were wonderful. I explained to Alison at the start that I have tension in my shoulders, so she adapted the lava shell massage to spend some time using her hands to work on the knots. The lava shells were lovely and warm and smooth - so relaxing. The foot massage and facial were both really enjoyable, but the highlight for me was the head massage. It was magical. I left feeling so relaxed. I will definitely be going back to see Alison again - self care is so important! Thank you, again, Alison.
