Rachel was amazing! Took on board all my issues (and the fact it's been about 15 months since my last massage). Went in at the perfect pressure for my back and adjusted as I asked for with legs etc. No pressure to keep up a conversation (I prefer to close my eyes and stay quiet). Only qualm was that the room was quite bright but the sun was shining directly on the window so I'm not sure this could have been avoided.
