A very pleasurable Reiki session that left me feeling rejuvenated. Rekha works from home in a modern flat very close to Ilford station (I drove to parked in the sainsbury a min from her place).
We started by discussing my specific needs (in my case de-stressing, relaxing and improving my sleep) and she tailored the session to these.
A great therapy session and very close to where I live, so will defiantly be going back soon.
