The moment I walked in I felt at ease. The atmosphere was very welcoming and all of the clients seemed really pleased with the staff and their treatments. Paula, my hairdresser, was lovely - confident, efficient, really friendly and down-to-earth - I felt I had known her for years. I was very pleased with my hair and will definitely go back. I shall also book some beauty treatments.
