The salon itself is nice and Andrea seems sweet, however I find it questionable that someone would advertise Hollywood as a hot wax treatment and then mostly use strip wax.
I wanted to trust her in the room but unfortunately not only did I leave with hair remaining the regrowth has been exceptionally fast due to this use of strip wax. It was also more painful and left bruising that lasted days. Not what was advertised and not the standard I would expect.
