Facial was good and therapist had nice manner and did it well. You would get a good treatment here and good if you're local but perhaps a bit expensive for somewhere not very central and without great ambience.
Bit of a delay with starting so took a bit longer than expected.
Ambience could have been better - room decoration was a bit patchy and music was bit loud and was interrupted a couple of times by mobile phone ringtone coming through the speakers.
