I generally love this salon for its exceptional therapists, but my recent experience was disappointing. I was taken to a back room with inadequate AC and no windows, which made it uncomfortable. The manicure wasn’t up to their usual standards—the therapist worked too deeply on my cuticles, leaving them sore, and the gel polish was applied inconsistently, with some nails too thick and others too thin. I still appreciate the salon but hope these issues are addressed for a better experience.
