I went in for a much needed Me Time and I could never be more grateful for the treatment I have received! I felt soooooo relaxed afterwards. Definitely worth the value. I felt very relaxed and unusually for me, the same relaxed feeling has stayed with me over the past few days. I’ve also learnt a very simple relaxation technique, to use at times when I feel more anxious.
