I booked a trim for my long hair with a senior stylist, hoping for a professional experience. Instead, Pamela cut off around 3 inches—far more than discussed. When I returned to express my concerns, she was defensive and dismissive. I’m heartbroken and deeply frustrated. I trusted a national chain to handle long hair with care, but walked out with it barely reaching my shoulder blades. This experience left me feeling unheard, disrespected, and devastated. I am heartbroken.
