Really unprofessional environment. I waited 10 min whilst the stylist was having a chat with the manicurist and there was no apology. Really rude welcoming. The stylist was then friendly and nice but she has no idea what a blow dry is. I am not quite sure how she got the job. Stay away if you have curly hair. This place might be fine if your hair is already straight but if it's wavy or needs more than a bit of brushing it's not for you!

I was left by the reception for 5 minutes with another customer “because no one saw you”. Was then told be they didn’t have my booking. Showed them the app confirmation and the email. Regis system doesn’t ‘talk’ with Treatwells so didn’t know I was coming before logging into Treatwell while I was there. Then waited over 20 minutes in empty salon for hairdresser to be free. My booking/prepayment was over 24 hours old so plenty of time to have seen it. I don’t recommend you book here using app.
