Elaine was amazing 🤩 it was my first time at Regis (I booked the appointment really impulsively) and I will definitely be going back. Elaine knew exactly what she was doing, even with my more difficult hair type, and my hair came out perfectly.

Are we allowed to use this service as a regular customer? I was told to phone in future. Because a higher paying customer would take priority over that appointment rather than booking through Treatwell. I felt so guilty and felt like I had cheated my hairdresser out of cash as it was 50% cheaper than normal. I was asked to book over the phone in future and ignore Treatwell though it saved me money. I didn’t want to upset my hairdresser but I obviously did.
