I arrived for my appointment to be told that as o already had nail varnish on they did not have time to do my nails before they closed. I pointed out I had made an hours drive and prepaid. They shrugged their shoulders and said I would need to take it up with treat well. That it wasn’t their responsibility. So I paid 25 pounds and was turned away. Appalling. Do not use this service.
I didn’t receive my treatment .
As I thought I was booked for a cut and blow dry, however the offer was for a blow dry only .
Unfortunately Regis would not refund me. So I am sorry to say I am
£25 out of pocket.
The whole experience was very embarrassing and I felt intimidated by the salon manager .
