Prior to speaking I was treated with disdain. When I then asked I could have gel toes instead of hands (app didn’t offer gel pedi), I was given the dirtiest look. She sighed saying she had 30 mins so wouldn’t have time for any maintenance of the nails. The booking was for 45 mins and I arrived on time. During, I was further berated for booking through the app and made to feel awful. The end result was not good at all. I left feeling upset at how I had been treated and disappointed at the result.

Donna was lovely throughout my appointment until I had noticed patches of hair. She complained that she had a queue and told me to hurry and leave once she sorted the patches of hair. Upon coming home I have noticed a lot of patches and unhappy.
