From the moment I walked into the salon I felt rushed. I started explaining what i wanted and she just cut me off to say yes okay I get it. She started cutting my hair at speed without taking on board what I had asked for so I had to interrupt her to ask for it to be shorter like I had asked. During the blowdry i was rushed, was stabbed in the eye by the hairbrush and my head yanked backwards as my hair got tangled. I was nearly in tears so left with saying anything as I felt so uncomfortable

Debbie did a really beautiful blow dry for my hair! I visited the salon as I wanted to get my hair done for a friend”s wedding. She understood exactly the way I wanted my hair to be. The hair style lasted beautifully for the next day, for the wedding. Debbie is friendly, professional, skilled and experienced. She took care of me, although I told her that I am not a regular customer and that I had come to Newcastle for my friend”s wedding. I appreciate it Debbie! Thank you!!
