booked a medium cut was rudely told when I got there that it was a long cut not medium and I’d have to pay £9 more. No where on the website does it states what they class as medium or long cut and this is very subjective. Don’t get why I should pay the difference when they don’t bother to provide accurate descriptions on what they class as medium and long hair. Beware hair longer than shoulder length is classed as long.
