Karen really takes time to talk to you about your hair and what you want. She listens, and takes time to understand how your hair naturally falls and makes suggestions to get the best cut. Would highly recommend her.

I booked a hair appointment for my 50 th wedding anniversary. The lady was gentle on the wash and good on the blow dry. My hairdo lasted the whole weekend do I was very pleased.
