The final result was not bad at all. What was poor was the overall experience. I was told several times how heavy my hair was & that it was the wrong haircut for a blowdry. I was told he would 'attempt the impossible' & that all his collegues were probably staring at us wondering how he was going to do it. For reference I have subtle layers, and quite straight, fine hair. I just wanted it to look sleek & have some volume. I resorted pep talks & asking him to please try his best.
